writing

So you want to practice your writing? Why don’t you start writing a daily diary?

You could use an app like Penzu, so you can access it anywhere. I guess you could also start a scrapbook with Pinterest too. And don’t forget to use Facebook and Twitter as great ways of staying in touch with your friends every day.

If you want help with academic writing then use the Academic Phrasebank from the University of Manchester or Academic English Online from Queen Mary University. Remember to use these phrases to give you ideas to improve your own writing. Don’t just copy and paste, because you’ll never learn that way!

You could also refer to a Thesaurus to find synonyms and increase your vocabulary.

If you don’t like writing long texts because you’re such a busy person then why not write short texts to practise your English instead with Lext Talk and make new friends at the same time?
