Visit to the Royal Air Force Museum

A small group of IFC Pre-sessional students visited the RAF museum on Friday 2nd November. They are studying the topic of Conflict as part of their curriculum.

PS RAF visit 2 021118Some highlights were seeing the decorated American Kittyhawks with a sharks mouth on the nose of the plane, finding out about the huge British Lancaster bomber planes and their role in a very well known raid, now famously called Dambusters. The students are pictured with one of the exhibits and their teacher, Douglas (on the left).
