The IT Specialist Helpdesk is located on the first floor of the Sheppard Library at the StudyHub. You can get help with anything to do with technology, for example:
- changing the settings on your laptop
- receiving university emails on your phone
- re-setting your MyUnihub login password
- and much more!
IT Specialist staff are available to help you, Monday to Friday from 11am to 6.30pm
