What kind of sleeper are you?


Do you drop off like a stone and awaken refreshed, or do you need pitch black and silence to drift off to dream?

    1. Reading before sleeping is great. I do the same but usually I am asleep before I get to the end of the page and the next night I have forgotten what I read. You can imagine it takes me a long time to finish the book!

      Notice how “read” in the present tense is written the same as “read” (pronounced red) in the past tense…

    1. Exercise is a great way of making yourself tired so that you can sleep well. Sometimes people go for a walk before going to bed as this helps them to relax but also feel tired. It’s good to dream – any funny dreams that you would like to share?

  1. I dropt off like a stone usually. When I was a child, you could never wake me up except I fall down the bed. It’s really painful and there is a sound like “pong” when you falling down, because the floor is make of stone in China.
